ENARTISFERM TOP 15
Saccharomyces cerevisiae ex ph.f. bayanus selected for the production of sparkling wines both tank or bottle fermented. Highly resistant to pressure, it tend to flocculate at the end of fermentation. Alcohol tolerance up to 17% v/v. Optimum fermentation temperature range 10 to 28°C.
