TANENOL FP
Mixture of condensed tannin and ellagitannin. When added to red grapes in the maceration phase, it acts in synergy with natural wine tannins to protect anthocyanins from oxidation while favoring the formation of stable colored compounds. The ellagitannin fraction of TANELOL FP favors the removal of oxidative enzymes and facilitates the natural clarification process which occurs at the end of the alcoholic fermentation.

TANENOL FRUITAN
Blend of condensed tannins, many extracted from fresh white grape seeds. Its use during fermentation on skins, or immediately after alcoholic fermentation, allows better development and better retention of color and improved color stability over time. It also enhances the fruity character of wines.
